 Add custom emoji on android with two easy ways

Communication on the internet has evolved a lot over the years. We’re always looking for ways to use more than just text in our text conversations. Back in the day, “emoticons” were all the rage, but now we have emoji. Android manufacturers all have their own emoji design. The emojis on the Samsung Galaxy S9 look different than what’s on the Pixel 2. If you want to change the emoji on your Android device, there are a few things you can do.

Methods to install:

     1.     Flashing method –

Flashing method is the easiest way to install or change emoji at the system level.

Steps to install:

i.                   Download flashable zip file from here

ii.                 Reboot your device into recovery mode make sure you have a TWRP     recovery installed.                   -- [how to install TWRP recovery ?]

iii.              Select the file where the file is located

iv.              And swipe to flash it & done.

    2.     Emoji switcher –

Important: your device should be rooted and your device should be more than android 5.0(lollipop)

Emoji switcher is a free app which can change your emoji but works for rooted devices.

Steps to install:

i.                   Install Emoji Switcher from the Play Store

ii.                 Open the app and grant root access

iii.              Tap the drop-down button and select type of emoji you want to install

iv.              The app will download & install the emoji and ask for reboot

v.                 Reboot your device

vi.              Now enjoy with new emoji installed on your device
